Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund is approved: Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. PayPal: 3-5 business days. Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years of service. If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items
