Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscribers only. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact our support team at support@soursea.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refund requests within 3 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in cases of: violation of our Terms of Service, abuse of the refund policy, or accounts that have been terminated for misconduct.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.
